Introduction
For thousands of years Despots and Monarchs ruled the people with complete authority, allowing hardly any freedoms or liberties to the people. There was hardly any opportunity for the people to experience any more than a meager survival. Their mere existence depended completely on the will of the leader who usually gained authority by force or heredity. These conditions did not change until the founding of the New World, becoming the United States of America.
History indicates that our founding fathers sought and relied on God's influence to write the Declaration of Independence and the U. S. Constitution, giving each individual the opportunity and blessing of "justice, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
We believe our United states of America is now going off course, heading in the wrong direction by operating outside of "We the People" and the U. S. Constitution.
The purpose of One Nation, Under God, Inc. is to encourage Christian citizens to vote for candidates who believe in Judeo-Christian principles. That it is the duty of the candidate and each citizen to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Officers of One Nation, Under God, Inc. work with churches of all denominations to provide a historical perspective of the Christian Principles utilized by our founding fathers in forming our Nation. Anyone interested in more information or a presentation may contact us.
One Nation, Under God, Inc. has no political agenda and no affinity for any political party or position except to return the United States of American back to the authority of God and the U. S. Constitution. We encourage your support.
COMING EVENTS
We now have access to a beautiful, roomy, convenient facility for meetings. One Nation Under God will meet at the Emmanuel Church Meeting Room located at 101 Marie Antoinette, (corner of Johnston & Marie Antoinette) Entrance and parking will be at the back of the building. Pastor Steve Younger and the advisory group has made this possible and we truly appreciate this blessing. We are meeting every Thursday evening at 6:30 pm.One Nation Under God has now begun a very enlightening series of AGENDA 21, which is a program in alarmingly speedy progress, causing digression of the United States. Agenda 21 is a program designed for One World Government and will affect every family and individual. It sounds harmless enough and it is frightening to hear about it but will be even more frightening to experience a global government controlling every aspect of our lives. Some say ignorance is bliss, but ignorance can be very destructive. We must be aware and prepared. One Nation Under God will present a DVD series of 25 presentations concerning different aspects of Agenda 21.
